    菜泡饭

         怀孕以后,对食物特别挑剔,总念着上海的美味佳肴,恨不得买张机票回来吃它个十天半个月。光是想这些食物,就折磨了我好一阵子,肚子里的宝宝好像比我还馋嘴,一会儿想吃这个,一会儿又想吃那个,没个准谱。木耳可是被我害惨了,整天要听我牢骚个半天,有时晚饭没吃对味儿,他不得不带我转上整个city找吃的。我现在一天比一天坚决认为,奥克兰没希望了,上海才是吃的天堂!
         我一直不太爱吃隔夜菜和饭,怀孕以后更是如此,现在每天中午自己都会动手做点新鲜的东西吃,最近就做了菜泡饭,用的都是些家里存积的材料:冷饭一碗,青菜两棵,肉丝一小碗,火锅饺四个,虾丸两个,做法如下:
    1. 青菜洗净切片,肉丝酱料酒片刻,火锅饺和虾丸切小块。
    2. 起油锅,煸肉丝,熟后加青菜一起炒,加适量的糖和盐,盛出。
    3. 烧一小锅开水,加入火锅饺和虾丸,沸腾后加冷饭煮,煮到水变浓稠,加入炒好的青菜肉丝,开小火继续煮。
    4. 米饭和配菜完美的融合在一起,还沸腾得冒着泡泡,这时就煮好了。
    5. 最后尝一下味道,如太淡,再加糖盐味精调味。
         连着两天中午都吃了菜泡饭,感觉亲切极了……
