    好吃的肉糜茄子

         刚来新西兰的时候,我觉得这里有些蔬菜难吃死了,比如西芹,卖相很好,又大又粗,可煮好后老是老的来,味同嚼蜡;还有这边的茄子,有圆茄和长茄两种,长茄是淡紫色的,总觉得看上去像发育不良的样子,味道也没国内的长茄子来得“糯”。圆窃倒是长得挺标致,紫的发亮,圆滚滚的,但做了几次总觉得吃着有点老。 昨天突然灵机一动,把圆茄的皮给削了,想试试煮好后会不会有不一样。果然削了皮的茄子口感软了很多,而且非常的多汁,真是乐死我了!
         做的是肉糜茄子,方法很简单:
    1. 一个大圆茄削皮,切成长条;半斤肉糜加一盖子料酒拌匀,放在一边。
    2. 起油锅,煸炒肉糜,八成熟后取出。
    3. 再起油锅,爆蒜茸,出香味后倒入切好的茄条翻炒,若过干可适量加水。
    4. 茄子七成熟时倒入肉糜,加老抽,少量生抽,翻炒上色后,加适量清水,开中火煮5分钟左右。
    5. 加糖、盐、味精调味,翻炒几下,最后够一下芡,盛盘。
         如果用的是国内的长茄,不削皮也会很好吃,懒人们可以试一下,非常非常的下饭!

       把圆茄切片后裹上放入调料的浆,然后投入油锅炸成金黄色,撒上椒盐或者蘸辣酱油吃,不要太可口可乐!
