    午饭自己做了肉酱意面

          之前已经介绍了两道用番茄做的菜,再来一道吧——今天中午做的肉酱意面,大家不要笑我,我真的很喜欢吃番茄呀,嘿嘿! 尴尬

    材料:牛肉馅半斤,胡萝卜一根,大蒜一瓣,中等番茄两个,红葡萄酒小半杯,番茄酱适量

    1. 胡萝卜和番茄切小丁,大蒜切蒜末,牛肉馅中加入黑胡椒粉拌匀。

    2. 起油锅,爆蒜末,倒入胡萝卜丁翻炒,炒软。

    3. 倒入牛肉馅,加红葡萄酒,翻炒均匀,炒熟。

    4. 加入番茄丁,翻炒,炒出酱汁时,倒入番茄酱适量,使得酱汁浓厚。

    5. 加黄油,开中火翻炒肉酱,炒的越浓越好,十分钟后,加入盐、糖、味精调味,开大火收汁。

    6. 意面煮熟沥干,浇上番茄肉酱,完成。

         家里只有韩国炸酱面的面条,我全拿它代替意面了,反正都是用来干拌的,感觉没什么太大的差别。肉酱里应该再加点洋葱会更好吃,家里正好没有,只好省略了。网上说肉酱要加水煮1、2个小时,我觉得完全不用那么麻烦,只要炒浓稠了就好,否则中午已经饥肠辘辘,还要等那么久,胃口都没了。嘿嘿,我又吃了一大碗,剩下的盖上保鲜膜放进冰箱,明天正好给木耳带饭。吐舌
