    时蔬面筋煲

         我记得上海的“枣子树”有道时蔬面筋煲,味道超赞,是我每次去都要点的菜。我喜欢吃里面的油面筋,滑滑的嫩嫩的,还很鲜。里面其他的蔬菜也很美味,青菜、香菇、黑木耳,就连平时讨厌的胡萝卜也变的不一样了。感觉这些菜放在一起,每样都变得好吃起来,真是神奇。
         说说我的做法吧:
    1. 材料:青菜,黑木耳,香菇,胡萝卜,油面筋。
    2. 黑木耳泡好后切片,香菇切条,胡萝卜切圆片,青菜切片,油面筋稍许在开水里烫一下使其变软。
    3. 黑木耳、香菇和胡萝卜一起放在水里煮一下,水开后,取出沥干。
    4. 起油锅,炒青菜,稍许加些盐。
    5. 倒入煮好的黑木耳、香菇和胡萝卜,一起翻炒,加盐、糖、味精调味。
    6. 倒入油面筋,略微翻炒,开小火炖。
    7. 3到5分钟后,开中火,勾一下芡,完成。
         青菜可以用菜心代替,还可以加竹笋和蘑菇。另外,炒的时候要注意火候和时间,不要炒烂。最后的勾芡是关键,千万不能省略,否则就没那种黏黏的感觉,卖相也不好看。家里有煲,最好把炒好的菜装在煲里,烫烫的勿要特灵哦!(我一人就能吃一大碗呢,嘿嘿~~)
