    蜜汁烤鸡翅

         鸡肉里我最喜欢吃的是鸡翅,因为骨头多,啃起来特别有滋有味。烤鸡翅有很多种,这道蜜汁烤鸡翅酸酸甜甜还带酱汁,适合喜欢口味浓郁的人。

    1. 鸡翅洗净,沥干。

    2. 准备腌料:料酒,老抽,生抽,番茄酱和烧烤酱几大匙,蜂蜜,糖,蒜末,香油,少许醋。

    3. 腌料搅拌均匀,把沥干的鸡翅放在里面腌3小时,腌的时候要注意翻面。(最好是前一天晚上腌到第二天早上,味道渗透得更好。)

    4. 烤箱200摄氏度预热5分钟后,将腌好的鸡翅放入烤盘,同样温度烤20分钟。

    5. 取出鸡翅翻面,再刷一次蜂蜜。继续放入烤箱,再烤5分钟,完成。

         个人认为,这道烤鸡翅要比肯德基的奥尔良烤翅好吃的多。
